Area: Poster exhibition area in the main lecture hall
Set-up: Thursday, September 2, at the beginning of the congress (adhesive material will be provided)
Dismantling: Saturday, September 4, directly after the congress

In order to enable discussion and interaction with the chairs and other participants, we request the main author to be at the poster board at this time and give a two minutes lecture.
Oral presentation
Speaking Time
The chairmen of your session will be strict in allowing no more than the time allotted to your paper. Make yourself known to the chairpersons and/or the room assistant in the lecture hall at the beginning of the session.
Projection and Technical Setting
The lecture hall will be equipped with data-projection (no slides). It is essential that you load and view your presentation in the media check (Stefan George Zimmer) preferably in the morning of the day your talk is scheduled, but not later than in the break before your session. The usage of own laptops or notebooks is not allowed.
Please bring an USB-stick, CD-ROM or DVD all formatted for Microsoft Windows® (PC). You may want to carry a second disk/CD as a back-up in case there is any insoluble technical problem. Please note that all files belonging to your lecture has to be in one file folder (presentation, videos etc.) which can be played without any other codecs (WMV, MPEG 1+2, DV-AV à no quicktimefilms).
