Submission of Abstracts

Call for Abstracts

The deadline for the submission of abstracts has expired on April 12, 2010.

Authors who submitted an abstract will be notified about acceptance or refusal of their submission at the end of may 2010.

Submission instructions

  1. Abstract submission deadline is April 11, 2010.
  2. Abstracts cannot be submitted by fax, hardcopy or email.
  3. All abstracts must be written in English.
  4. Abstracts should not exceed 3000 signs.
  5. There is no possibility to upload any charts or graphs.
  6. Each author may only submit one abstract.
  7. Authors must choose one of the subject categories for each abstract and must state their preference either poster or oral presentation.
  8. Each abstract must contain the following sections: Problem, Material and Method, Results, Conclusion
  9. Type the first author`s family name first and then the first name followed by the full postal and email address. Afterwards fill in the further authors.
  10. Also give the full name of the presenting author including the email address.
  11. The first author will receive all correspondence concerning the abstract.
  12. Check spelling and grammar carefully. All accepted abstracts will be published on the congress website as submitted.
  13. If you have not received a confirmation of your abstract submission by email within one week please contact the congress organization ebjis@intercongress.de
  14. Authors will get a notification or rejection of the abstracts at the end of May.
  15. The abstract presenters are expected to register for the congress within the time limits via www.registration.intercongress.de.
    Early registration is possible until June 14, late registration until August 26, 2010.
