Badges

All participants should collect their name badges at the registration desk at the beginning of the meeting. Everyone is requested to wear their badges at all times. These are required to gain admission the conference venue and to the sessions, the exhibition area and social events included in the registration fee. Social event vouchers are enclosed to the badges if they were booked in advance.

Certificate of Attendance

The certificate of attendance containing all information concerning CME credits will be issued at the registration desk. It will be handed out during the meeting.

Cloakroom and Luggage

A cloakroom will be available in the basement of the congress hall.

Coffee Breaks and Lunch

During the session breaks refreshments (coffee, tea, water and snacks) will be served free of charge to participants wearing name badges.

Insurance

In registering for the EBJIS 2010 participants agree that neither the organising committee nor the congress office assume any liability whatsoever. Participants are requested to make their own arrangements for health and travel insurance.

Internet

There are numerous small internet cafés throughout the city. There will be two computers with internet access in the Stefan-George-Zimmer next to the media check.
